Cocktail Kalamata

Specially chosen black baby Kalamata olives grown in the central heartland of Victoria. This Greek varietal is a favourite for many with its delicate nutty flavours. They were carefully picked, painstakingly sorted and naturally brine cured.

Black Kalamata

Specially chosen plump black Kalamata grown in the central heartland of Victoria.

Its firm flesh gives rise to delicate taste sensations and has been a firm favourite for many years. They were carefully picked, painstakingly sorted and naturally brine cured.

Baby Blond Kalamata

Also grown in the heartland of Victoria these Kalamata are harvested just when they have started to turn colour and haven 't swollen in size - A delicacy.

Black Ripe Manzanillo

This round and largish Spanish varietal was grown in the hot hinterland of Victoria and ripened on the tree. Plump and juicy these olives are sought after by the discerning buyer for their consistency year in, year out. They were carefully picked, painstakingly sorted and naturally brine cured.

Californian Queens

These large green fruit were originally developed in the States but have adapted to our conditions beautifully. Harvested before they turned colour they are big, bold and crisp as an apple with sensational taste. Don't waste them in your cocktail. They were carefully picked, painstakingly sorted and naturally brine cured.

Taggiasca

These delightful small fruit are from the same family as the famed "ligurian" olive. This Italian varietal is very moreish and another favourite throughout the years. Big is definitely not necessarily best. Also harvested when the tree was multi-coloured. Great nutty olive flavours. They were carefully picked, painstakingly sorted and naturally brine cured.
